This is very easy to explain: the process of moisture evaporation occurs, due to which the product becomes stale and dries almost instantly. Bread is best stored at room temperature and preferably in a bread box. And to protect against mold, just put a small container of salt.
If there is a need to keep the product for a longer period, you should wrap the bread in a bag and put it in the freezer. Shelf life – up to six months. It will be enough to warm up the bread in the oven or microwave oven, but after you take it out of the freezer, it will become stale within 1-2.
